How do you cancel smartship for food shipment? Why do you make it so hard?

Log in to your cloud, click manage, then click profiles. This options to manage reacurring orders will be at the top. Select the Pruvit food option. When you click cancel it will ask if you want to change the date or cancel completely. Hope this helps

I had my cart empty for smartship for food but looks like you processed it anyway I do not want a shipment this week ??? How do I cancel it before shipping

if a customer orders food and then cancels a few days later before the friday 11pm deadline, will they get their money back? will the order ship?
